Latin Grammys: Halsey, Steve Aoki, Rosalia and more take risks on the red carpet

Over the top, risqué looks ruled the red carpet at the Latin Grammys, where musicians gathered to celebrate the biggest night in Latin music. Some wore bright colors and eye-catching styles while others turned heads by showing a lot of skin.
